The good ole ‘Novice Drinker’ – they haven’t really learned there tolerance level yet. One moment they seem fine, and the next moment it’s like a train hit them. They have a high probability of blocking the use of the bathroom for extended periods of time while they are hunched over the toilet making meat puppets.
